This past weekend I worked as MUA & Hair Stylist with Designer YARDROCK on her 1st production FASHION SIZZLE sponsored by herself (YARDROCK) and Zashen Productions.  14 designers  such as YardROCK & Dramatik Fanatic showed off some of their latest collections. Here are some images from the event!

NEW MUSIC ARTIST ERICA CHASE PROVES THAT ROCKER FASHION ISN’T JUST FOR GRAMMY NIGHT AS SHE STEPS OUT AT A PRE-GRAMMY EVENT

(LOS ANGELES) February 13, 2012  -  New music artist Erica Chase once again proved that, although GRAMMY night is once a year, her rocker chic(k) style is a passion-forward, downtown-cool style statement for every night of the year.  With her trademark bracelets and sleek, slightly-androgynous looks a la rock Goddesses Joan Jett and Patti Smith, Chase rocked the red carpet with the likes of pop stars El Debarge Jr. and Howard Hewitt ofShalamar as well as Todd Longmorse (“True Blood”) at the “How Sweet It Is” pre-GRAMMY party at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel in Hollywood.

Chase wore a tight pair of stovepipe, lace-up leather and denim pants by Rockstar, a see-through, black-lace top by Joie over a black bra and a sexy pair of black, strappy five-inch platform shoes by Pour la Victoire. For her makeup, she sported smoky rocker eyes and a slick line of red lipstick in her go-to color of “Revlon Red” by Revlon.

Also, as part of their promotional tour, Adriana Lima, Lindsay Ellingson, and Doutzen Kroes attended a Valentine’s Day Event at Victoria’s Secret, SoHo in New York City (February 8), while Victoria’s Secret Angels Candice Swanepoel, Erin Heatherton and Lily Aldridge launched all the new Love Me Lingerie Push-Up Collection at the Herald Square store on Thursday, February 9, New York City.  Photos can be seen below.

The property, which includes brands such as Armani, Manolo Blahnik, Brooks Brothers, Chanel,Fendi, Gucci, Donna Karan, LAM and Louis Vuitton, was seized and forfeited in connection with the criminal prosecution of Sachdeva, who was convicted of embezzling $34 million from the Milwaukee-based company, Koss Corp. Auctions will run continuously through November, with the current sale of 101 lots ending Nov. 10, atwww.txauction.com.  Nearly all of the items are new, many with tags. Sachdeva used company funds to pay for personal purchases, which included thousands of personal property items including fine jewelry, watches, upscale clothing and accessories. Sachdeva is currently serving 11 years in a federal prison. U.S. Marshal Kevin Carr of the Eastern District of Wisconsin said, “The Marshals Service is proud to have been able to participate in the seizure and disposition of the many assets involved in this case. The Marshals Service is committed to doing all that it can to provide restitution to the victims of crime and use ill-gotten gains to increase public safety in our communities through the Asset Forfeiture Program.”
A Judith Leiber clutch handbag, Manolo Blahnik shoes and a designer cocktail dress are several of the items up for auction.
U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin James Santelle said, “This case, which involved $34 million in losses, is one of this district's largest embezzlement prosecutions and asset-recovery cases that our office, in partnership with the FBI and the U.S. Marshals Service, has ever undertaken. Together, our federal law enforcement agencies found, seized and forfeited, using federal asset-forfeiture laws, equity in Sachdeva’sresidence, a Mercedes-Benz vehicle, four timeshare interests in Hawaii, investment monies, and a record-setting 25,000 items of personal property, including jewelry and high-end clothing. By selling these items to the public, we are collecting funds that will ultimately be paid as restitution to the victim, Koss Corporation. As this case shows, we are fully committed to prosecuting federal criminals, separating them from any ill-gotten gains and returning those profits to the victims.”  Proceeds from the auction will be deposited into the U.S. Department of Justice Asset Forfeiture fund to compensate victims of the crime.
